SATURDAY, October 23rd Nerwyn Lilian returned home after spending a few years with Catrin Hughes at Deucoch Stud.
WEDNESDAY, October 6th Nerwyn Cadno fell asleep for the final time. Goodbye old friend we will always remember you. Diolch yr hen gyfaill am yr holl atgofion melys.
MONDAY, August 23rd We returned Verdrefawr King of Hearts home after spending two seasons with us, we would like to thank T G Jones of Verdrefawr for entrusting him into our care whilst we borrowed him. Diolch yn fawr.
THURSDAY, August 19th Denbigh& Flint Show Nerwyn Lara was second in the two and three-year old filly class, and Nerwyn Llenor was placed first in the yearling colt class, and was Reserve Youngstock Champion.
SATURDAY, August 14th Eglwysbach Show A successful show for the Nerwyn Stud. Nerwyn Lara was first in the two and three-year old filly and colt class, and Overall Section A Champion. Nerwyn Llenor was placed first in the yearling colt class, and was Second-Reserve Section A Champion. Nerwyn Largo, now the property of Jill Falkingham, also had a successful day at the Halifax Show, winning the yearling colt class, and then going on to be placed Reserve Champion Section A. Many congratulations!

WEDNESDAY, July 20th Nantwich Show. Nerwyn Llenor wins first prize in the yearling colt class, and Nerwyn Lara first in the two and three-year old filly class.
SATURDAY, June 19th Clwyd Welsh Pony & Cob Association Summer Medal Show. Nerwyn Llenor placed 2nd in the yearling colt class.
SATURDAY, June 12th Nerwyn Lorena foaled a filly foal by Verdrefawr King of Hearts.
TUESDAY, June 1st Nerwyn Leila foaled a filly foal by Nerwyn Cadno (at the great age of 31).
SUNDAY, MAY 9th Nerwyn Gwyrthiol foaled a grey filly by Tryfel Dynamic.
SUNDAY, APRIL 25th Nerwyn Pasg foaled a black/dark brown filly by Verdrefawr King of Hearts.
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31st Nerwyn Pryd left for his new home in France with Annabel Moreaux and her daughter Zoe.
SATURDAY, MARCH 20th Nerwyn Prydferth foaled a dun filly by Betws Anrheg
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17th Nerwyn Letitia foaled another grey colt foal, her fourth colt out of five foals. The sire of this years colt is Verdrefawr King of Hearts.
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 13th Nerwyn Dewin left us for his new home in Yorkshire with the Toon family, good luck to you all.

SUNDAY, August 2nd THE NATIONAL WELSH CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW, SHREWSBURY Nerwyn Llabed was third in the two and three-year old colts class, Nerwyn Letitia was first in the open brood mare class, and her foal Largo was second in the foal class. Leititia then went on to be Section A Champion for the second time in three years. This is the third time in four years that a daughter of Nerwyn Cadno has won this particular Championship, as Flydon Arian Byw also won in 2006. Having already qualified for the National Brightwells In-Hand Section A Championship which was held later that afternoon, we were absolutely delighted to win such a prestigious championship out of so many worthy Champions. Photo by The Event Photographer THURSDAY, July 23rd THE ROYAL WELSH SHOW Another successful Royal Welsh Show for our stud. Nerwyn Letitia placed second for the third year running in a strong senior brood mare class. Her colt foal , Nerwyn Largo was sixth placed , and four-year old Nerwyn Enwyn was fifth in the Section B stallion class, in his first year as a stallion.
FRIDAY, July 10th THE ROYAL SHOW of ENGLAND Nerwyn Letitia wins the mare class and her foal Largo is first in the foal class. Letitia was then female champion and overall section A champion, she completed her day by being second reserve in the Mountain and Moorland championship.
WEDNESDAY, July 8th Today we lost Polaris Tilia due to a tragic accident. She had been with us for 24 of her 25 years and had been a very valuable part of our stud giving us the likes of Tywysog, Tarina, Telor who had made his mark at the Polaris stud and lately the Elberry stud; daughter Tamsin was sold to the USA and the final daughter Tlws who we have retained - all these progeny being by Cadno.
SATURDAY, July 4th NORTH WALES SHOW, CAERNARFON Nerwyn Enwyn was first in the section B stallion class. Nerwyn Nansi was fifth in the section A yearling filly class and Nerwyn Llabed was second in the two and three year old colt class. WEDNESDAY, June 24th CHESHIRE COUNTY SHOW Nerwyn Letitia was first in a very strong senior broodmare class and Reserve section A champion. Nerwyn Llabed was first in the three year old colt class.

THURSDAY, May 28th Nerwyn Lorelei foaled a grey colt by Betws Anrheg. On closer inspection it seems that she was originally expecting twins as the second foal was found in the afterbirth. This foal was a filly with two white socks and a blaze!! see photo below.
SATURDAY, May 16th Nerwyn Lorena foaled a dun filly by Betws Anrheg.
SUNDAY, May 11th NCPA SHROPSHIRE BRANCH SHOW Nerwyn Enwyn won the section B stallion class and was reserve overall section B Champion.
MONDAY, May 4th NEFYN SHOW Nerwyn Nansi was second in the yearling filly class. Nerwyn Llabed was first in the 2 or 3 year old colt class and youngstock Champion.
SATURDAY, April 11th CLWYD WELSH PONY & COB ASSOCIATION SPRING SHOW Nerwyn Nansi was second in a very strong yearling filly class.
TUESDAY, March 31st Nerwyn Leila foaled a grey colt by Nerwyn Cadno, a very proud father who is a few weeks away from celebrating his thirtieth birthday. SATURDAY, March 21st Nerwyn Prydferth foaled a dun colt by Betws Anrheg. MONDAY, March 9th Nerwyn Letitia foaled a grey colt by Betws Anrheg, a full brother to Nerwyn Llachar, Nerwyn Leonora and Nerwyn Lorenzo.

SUNDAY, September 22nd All three foals have arrived and settled into their new homes, it's just a matter of them now getting used to speaking a foreign language with three different accents. All the best to everyone.
SUNDAY, September 21st We delivered Nerwyn Lorenzo to Brown Edge, Stoke on Trent to his new owner Geraldine Watterson from the Isle of Man.
SATURDAY, September 20th CLWYD WELSH PONY & COB ASSOCIATION SALE Nerwyn Leonardo was sold to Emma Jones of Scotland.
Nerwyn Pererin was sold to Christine Walsh from Manchester.
Good luck to the two of them in their new homes.
WEDNESDAY, August 27th MEIRIONYDD SHOW Nerwyn Lorena was second in the broodmare class and her foal Nerwyn Leonardo was third in the foal class and Nerwyn Lara was second in the yearling filly class.
THURSDAY, August 21st DENBIGH & FLINT COUNTY SHOW Nerwyn Letitia was first in the junior broodmare class and overall section A Champion. Her foal Nerwyn Lorenzo was fourth in the foal class and Nerwyn Lara was third in the yearling filly class. This was Letitia's last show of the season and we would like to thank her for all the enjoyment she has again provided for us. She is such a pleasure to show and always gives 100%.THANK YOU LETITIA.
WEDNESDAY, August 13th ANGLESEY COUNTY SHOW Nerwyn Letitia was first in the junior broodmare class, Champion broodmare and overall section A Champion (Silver medal). Her foal Nerwyn Lorenzo won his class. Our yearling filly Nerwyn Lara (full sister to Letitia) was second in the yearling filly class.
SUNDAY, August 10th SUFFOLK RIDING CLUB SHOW Nerwyn Trefelian wins the lead rein showing, M&M lead rein and the Championship. Congratulations to Charlotte Murrell and especially Francesca for all her hard work.
SUNDAY, August 3rd THE NATIONAL WELSH AND WELSH PART-BRED SHOW SHREWSBURY Nerwyn Letitia was second in the broodmare class and her foal Nerwyn Lorenzo was third. Ms V Saunders and Nerwyn Tirion were third in the junior gelding class.
PARKLAND WELSH PONY SHOW, CANADA Brenda Podolski of Alvesta Stud Alberta Canada has just informed us that Nerwyn Gwyn was Supreme Champion at the Parkland Welsh Show. TUESDAY, July 22nd ROYAL WELSH SHOW, BUILTH WELLS Nerwyn Letitia stood second in the junior broodmare class to Flydon Arian Byw. Both mares are by Nerwyn Cadno.
SATURDAY, July 5th NORTH WALES SHOW, CAERNARFON Nerwyn Letitia was first in the broodmare class. Nerwyn Lorenzo her colt foal was fourth in the foal class and her full sister Nerwyn Lara was third in the yearling filly class. Letitia was later selected as overall section A champion and Supreme Champion Welsh. It was also pleasing to see Nerwyn Lieta being second in the barren mare class for her owner Catrin Hughes. Nerwyn Cadno sends his congratulations to the Flydon Stud for their win at Northleach show with his daughter Flydon Arian Byw.
WEDNESDAY, June 18th CHESHIRE COUNTY SHOW Our first show of the season proved to be quite successful for us. Nerwyn Letitia was first in the junior broodmare class, with her half sister Flydon Arian Byw second it was quite a coup for Nerwyn Cadno. Nerwyn Lorenzo her colt foal won a very strong foal class and her full brother Nerwyn Llabed was second in the 2 year old colt class. Lorenzo later went on to be the Supreme Welsh foal of the show. He has since been sold to Geraldine Watterson of the Isle of Man. Congratulations to Ms V Saunders and Nerwyn Tirion who were second in a large gelding class.
TUESDAY May 23rd Nerwyn Linda has a beautiful filly foal by Nerwyn Cadno.
TUESDAY May 13th A very very sad day for us all here at Nerwyn when Radmont Pom Pom died of a heart attack shortly after giving birth to a colt foal by Betws Anrheg. Pom Pom had been bought by Nerys as a foal and had been with us for over twenty four years. She was the root of our P-line females. She had been a fantastic broodmare for us over the years and her stock have been very successful both here and in Holland. THANK YOU POM POM FOR THE MANY YEARS OF HAPPINESS AND FRIENDSHIP YOU GAVE US. The foal that Pom Pom presented us with was a dun colt foal.
SUNDAY APRIL 20th Nerwyn Lorena has a dun colt foal by Betws Anrheg.
SATURDAY APRIL 12th Verdrefawr Daniel finally lost his battle against stress laminitis and the sad decision was taken to put him to sleep. We would like to thank Rowena Williams for caring so sympathetically for Daniel over the last two years.
MONDAY MARCH 31st Nerwyn Pasg has a filly foal by Betws Anrheg. A full sister to Nerwyn Nia who is now at the Trevalyn Stud.
SUNDAY MARCH 30th FIRST FOAL OF 2008! Nerwyn Letitia gives birth to a dun colt foal by Betws Anrheg. A full brother to last years winning Royal Welsh filly foal Nerwyn Leonora now in Belgium and Nerwyn Llachar two year old colt exported to Holland.
FRIDAY MARCH 28th Nerwyn Lygon leaves for his new home with Selina Farnese and family from Mautby in Norfolk. We wish them well with their new aquisition.
